GHBasic Pro was born from a simple but familiar challenge in Ghanaian basic schools—too much time spent on paperwork and manual record-keeping, and not enough time for teaching.
As a teacher, our founder experienced firsthand the effort it takes to calculate results, prepare report cards, and manage student records manually. What started as a small personal solution to make grading easier soon became an idea worth sharing.
GHBasic Pro is now being developed as a practical, easy-to-use school management system designed specifically for Ghanaian basic schools. Our goal is simple: help teachers and school administrators work more efficiently, with fewer errors and less stress.
We are just getting started, working closely with schools and educators to build a system that truly fits their needs.
